Leaving from Vilamoura we ride along the beachfront of Quarteira to a trail that will take us to the famous resort of Vale de Lobo and on to the fabulous Quinta do Lago.
Moving on from Quinta and the beautiful lake we follow a trail that delivers us to Praia da Faro where a short trip along the causeway brings us to the most spectacular beach and a well deserved lunch at a carefully selected beachside restaurant.
Our return journey takes us all the way around Faro Airport on to the salt pans to witness the beautiful sight of flamingos feeding in the shallows.
Heading back we pass through the northern part of Quinta do Lago and on to our return loop.
